As of April 4, 2007, the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) established risk-based performance standards for the security of all chemical facilities. The RAMCAP Top Screening is a set of questions that will help determine the criticality of a facility and identify potential threats or hazards that could require further evaluation in the interest of national security. Completing the Screening Tool will help facilities determine if they would like to complete a full assessment.

| Depending on the results of your Top Screening assessment, certain facilities may choose to complete an in-depth RAMCAP™ analysis. Upgrading to RAMCAP Plus™ will allow you to perform this analysis.
